My Journey
Hi, I’m Swaroop Singh, the creator of The Mind and
Body.
My journey with wellness began during my school years when I
started learning about the human body, muscles, nutrition, and home workouts.
At that time, I struggled with physical weakness and low fitness levels.
With consistency and self-learning, I began working out at
home and gradually saw improvements. I gained strength, improved stamina, and
experienced better sleep, higher energy levels, and increased confidence.
During the early phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, life became
challenging. I faced personal losses, financial instability, and struggled with
anxiety and depression, which deeply affected my mental health.
During this time, I discovered powerful tools for
healing—meditation, yoga, and simple practices like gardening. These helped me
regain stability and mental balance.
As life improved, I returned to focusing on physical fitness
through gym training while continuing to strengthen my mental well-being. Over
time, I realized that the knowledge and experience I had gained could help
others facing similar challenges.
